This gorgeous young lady is out of jumper bloodlines, but don’t let that fool you. She has a very promising career in the dressage ring with her 3 correct, balanced gaits, excellent hind leg, and natural elasticity. She should mature to around 16.2 hands, making her an ideal size for most riders.
Inquisitive by nature, Sabrina is a pleasure to work around. She is already used to clippers, being vacuumed, braiding, and picks up her feet easily for the farrier.
As a coming 2 year old, you get the best of both worlds where you can start her your way, but not have to wait too long to get going with her vs. buying a foal or a yearling.
Her bloodlines are quite impressive, even if they are directed more towards the jumpers. Her sire, Sam Steele was 2nd place in his performance test out of 43 stallions in his testing. He scored a 141.14 for rideability, and 139.76 in jumping. He has produced a number of outstanding offspring, including many champions in dressage, jumpers and hunters. He is especially adept at producing top quality mares, having a number of them achieve Elite Mare status with the Hanoverian Society.
Sabrina’s Damsire, Magic, is equally versatile in producing offspring that excel in dressage and jumping. Like Sam Steele, he’s also listed as producing an extremely high number of top quality Elite mares. Coming in Reserve Champion at his performance testing, Magic was 1st in the jumping and 2nd for rideability.
Both sides of Sabrina’s lineage are known for producing high quality mares with high rideability, making Sabrina a worthy find for anyone who wants a horse they can compete and/or potentially breed down the road.
